Jonathan Rodriguez, Esq.
Mr. Rodriguez holds a Juris Doctorate from the College of Law at Florida International University, Miami, Florida. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Rodriguez earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida International University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was on the Dean’s List each semester.
Mr. Rodriguez was a Member of the Editorial Board of the Law Review at Florida International University from 2009 to 2011.
Mr. Rodriguez had the distinction of serving as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Stacy Glick of the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County in the criminal division.
Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Rodriguez was an attorney with the Office of the General Counsel at Florida International University. While with the Office of the General Counsel, Mr. Rodriguez conducted extensive legal research and advised university administration on numeorus legal issues.
Mr. Rodriguez has valuable experience in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, creditor and debtor's rights, foreclosure defense, probate law, and criminal law.
Mr. Rodriguez is a native of Miami and has numerous ties to the local community. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and Cuban American Bar Association.
He is fluent in Spanish.
